DEFINITION OF THE WORK.
The present project has as an object to describe the intervention of rehabilitation - integral intervention of the MULTIFAMILY building of housings placed in the center of Valencia.
In the present the building feels moved out of. The organization of the current state 1st to 4th consists of ground floor devoted to premises WITHOUT USE and floors devoted to housing - apartment.

THE INTERVENTION CONSIST IN A STRUCTURAL REPLACEMENT OF BEING FORGED, REALIZATION OF NEW DISTRIBUTIONS AND AS FOR HABITABILITY AND E.C., A FUNCTIONAL REORGANIZATION. TO REPAIR, TIDYING UP AND DECORUM OF FAÇADES, REALIZATION OF BEING FINISHED OF ROOFS AND TERRACE IN COVER.

COMPOSITION OF THE BUILDING.
