SITE.
The site, in a rectangular way, is located in the Avenue Sant Pere de Rafelbunyol, in a predominant zone of single-family housings.
COMPOSITION.
The present project is the result of the interaction of the basic composition criteria about urban habitats of low density, the imposed circumstances for the property that they have distorted and decomposed the floors, making a decoration to the style "Kitsch", the reality landscape and of the natural environment of such environment and the observation of the ordinances.
Construction of a single-family housing among sharecroppers developed in Ground Floor, 1ª floor and chamber in a site in urban ground, in accordance with regulations, at the same time of have an own space wide enough in the back zone of the same one without building.
Hierarchies of inner spaces, joined to the concept of spatial fluency expressed in the luminous penetration in the |inside.
With this intervention it is attempted to harmonize the housing with the urban environment of the partial plan where him inset. An original state creating, from the abstraction and the contemporaneity, composites that personalizes and identifies the singularity of each family and avoids an environment uniformity.

PROGRAM
It is a matter of introducing, a housing for a compound family for a marriage (both professionals) and two sons, in a rectangular allotment.
Has been structured in two floors and chamber:
GROUND FLOOR: Entry, Hall, Garage, Gallery, Distributor 1, Lumber Room, Toilet, Hall-canteen, Kitchen, Terrace 1.
FLOOR 1ª: Stair 1, Distributor 2, Climbs Terrace 2, Room 1, Locker Room, Bath 1, Bath 2, Room 2, Room 3, Terrace 3.
CHAMBER FLOOR: Stair 2, Chamber, Terrace 4.
It is necessary to highlight the zone to double altitude placed in the zone of hall, existing in the first floor a distributor with handrail relapsing in this zone of double altitude.
The access to the housing will be carried out through a protected entry, that filter and done access to the hall and this in turn will give access to the stair of rise to the first floor and to the distributor, arriving this one until the zone of canteen-hall, bath and access of garage.
