COMPOSITION

In accordance with the program of needs, the present project is the result of the interaction of the basic compositions criteria about peripheral urban habitats of half a density, the circumstances imposed by the estate in the composition of the floors and elevations, the reality of the about the neighbourhood of Torrefiel and the observation of the ordinances.
As for the housing itself, it has been attempted to introduce the hierarchies of inner spaces, joined to the concept of spatial fluency expressed in the luminous penetration in the inland, in each floor they agree very clear-cut in the volumes on their composing this housing. The piece that "sews" them being the elements of vertical communication.
