Given that this Partial Plan SAUR-3 (1ª phase) was approved in full extraordinary in date 13-4-1993. With regard to the former valid planning NNSS. (CPU. 26-11-86, SAUR 3, RULE 85). The planning of the municipal term having modified through the PGOU of the “POBLA DE VALLBONA”, in date of 21-2-95.
CIRCUMSTANCES OF INTEREST.
While there being a rectification of alignments of the L-M street of 12 m, that it penetrated not in a whole way - but the allotments cutting partially M-9 and M-7-, in the SAUR-3, 1ª phase. Produced by the planning of the PGOU., this being from rank superior to the former one.
IT IS PROPOSED TO THE VERY DISTINGUISHED TOWN COUNCIL OF THE POBLA OF VALLBONA.
A) The maintenance of the maximum exploitation allowed in the Partial Plan, about what is based the uncoiling of the SAUR-3 (1ª phase).
B) Him there with respect to the alignment of the invading L-M street of the posterior planning of the PGOU.
C) On to have lost the area of interest of this street of the allotments formerly specified estimated in 296'19 m2, one retrieves through the regularization of chamfers of the different allotments (they are carried out now of 5 m), and leaving the street as cul-de-sac or cul-de-sac among the allotments M-9 and M-8 of in the same way form in the original. In the pedestrian zone banks and lanterns lamps according to the attached plan are inserted. With respect to facilities a dam of water for the one watered of this zone and a dam of electrical fluid will leave protege in niche, to determine for the Municipal Technician.

CONCLUSION
The formulation of the present Study of Detail with the adopted solution will improve the quality of the suitable for building housings in this urban environment, it assumes the coherent allegations with interest in third and, in other words, cause would give for a consolidation falsely with very disparate constructions of typology. Likewise the characteristics of the sites allow the promotion of official protection housings in this urban environment.
